Perform all aspects of proposal management and preparation including:

— Bid/no bid decision analysis
— Teaming strategies
— Win theme, strategy, and discriminator development
— Contract/annotated outline development
— Proposal compliance and integration matrices
— In-process reviews
— Reviews including Gold (strategic), Pink (first draft/storyboard),
— Red (second draft), and Green (cost review)
— Storyboard/mockup development
— Proposal writing for all sections including technical, management, executive summary, resumes, and past performance/experience
— Full document preparation including layout, design, and publication
