Develop, write and implement strategic plans for companies ranging in size from $3M to $9B in annual sales with topics ranging from vulnerability assessments to nuclear reprocessing

Facilitate Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis with key business development and technical teams

Identify internal and external Power Maps including analysis of sphere of influence

Perform research and analysis to identify targets of opportunity

Compile and analyze data to assist in determination of mergers and acquisitions

Develop science and research strategies for various contractors working to secure
federal, state and local funding
